Description

A control panel for managing a cleaning company in Lebanon.

The project includes an application that displays the services provided by Drip cleaning services company. The user creates an account on the application and activates it via a confirmation message on the phone number, then enters the application and chooses the services he wants to request from the company, then follows up on the request by entering his address and other data such as area, date of request and time with the possibility of adding a discount code and then sends the request to control Panel.

Here the process of processing the request begins by verifying the data that was sent by the user so that the request is accepted or rejected. If the request is accepted, additional data is entered, such as pictures of the place to be cleaned, the materials that will be used, and the calculation for the request, and then a price offer is sent to The customer completes the review of the offer and the offer is accepted or rejected by the user.

The control panel provides the ability to follow up on the order on a daily basis by adding or deleting the tools that are used in the order and removed from the warehouse. The workflow and its details can also be followed on a daily basis.

The control panel provides the necessary reports and statistics for every part of the company, including employees, customers, suppliers, materials, and requests, to reach the best performance and the least effort.

Through the control panel, you can send notifications to users, communicate with them in a conversation, and send discount codes for the user to benefit from.

Communicating with the client, collecting project requirements, analyzing it, and building a business plan were the basics of building the project.
The project was completed within a team of 4 people (Frontend developer – Backend developer – Flutter developer – UI/UX designer).
